Our stance

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern how you may use Black-Jack.Net.

By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 21. That is our line even if some places allow 18. If you are under 21, leave. See underage gambling.

You are responsible for compliance with the gambling and age laws where you live. We do not give legal advice, and we are not liable if you break those laws.

Free play is practice

The tables, trainers, and multiplayer rooms use fake chips. They exist so you can learn decisions. They are not a bankroll, not a contest with a cash prize, and not a substitute for a licensed casino.

No cash-out
A high fake bankroll means nothing. We will never convert chips into money.
The house keeps an edge
Even with perfect basic strategy, blackjack is a negative-expectation game for the player. Our guides say so on purpose.
Strategy is not income
Charts and counting lower the edge. They do not turn gambling into a job, and they do not make play safe.
We can reset or change tables
We may change rules, pause a table, or wipe a guest bankroll. That is not a taking of property.

Accounts and multiplayer

An account is optional. If you create one, give accurate details, keep the password to yourself, and do not share the login. We may close an account that belongs to a minor, is abusive, or is used to attack the service.

Multiplayer rooms are shared tables. Other seats can see your display name and the cards the rules say they can see. Do not harass other players. Do not attempt to disrupt the room, spam, or impersonate the host. We may drop a connection or close a lobby without a hearing.

How we store account and play data is in the Privacy Policy.

Casino links

When we list real-money casinos, it is information for adults who already choose to play. It is not an instruction to deposit. We do not own, manage, or control those businesses. Their terms, bonuses, and payouts are theirs.

Outbound /out/ links leave this site. If you choose to play there, your relationship with the casino is your own. We cannot reverse a deposit, self-exclude you, or collect a win on your behalf.

Content on this site

Guides, charts, copy, and the playable tables are here so you can learn, practice and improve. You may use them for personal, non-commercial study. Do not copy black-jack.net, scrape it into a competing product, or present our material as your own.

Names and marks of casinos or software makers belong to them. Mentions are for identification only.

Acceptable use

  • Don't try to break, damage, or reverse-engineer the site.
  • Do not use the service if you are under 21.
  • Use accurate information if you make an account.
  • Do not treat strategy pages as a promise that you will win.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that a guide is complete, that a table will stay up, that a count is implemented the way a particular book describes, or that information about a casino is correct. Software has bugs. Networks drop.

Black-Jack.Net and the people who operate it are not liable for losses that come from using the site, from relying on a chart, guide, or from playing at a third-party casino. That includes lost money, lost time, and lost data.

This is not financial, legal, or medical advice. If you've got a gambling problem, see gambling addiction and responsible gambling, and call a helpline. We do not treat addiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the short version is the current one. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change is material, we will keep the new date visible on this page.

Questions

If I win a lot of fake chips, do you owe me money?

No. Fake chips are a teaching tool. They have no cash value.

Are you responsible if I lose at a casino you list?

No. We do not take those bets and we do not run that casino. Read their terms before you deposit.

Can you self-exclude me from an operator?

No. Call the operator, then call 1-800-GAMBLER. We cannot flip a switch on a site we do not run.

What if I do not agree?

Stop using the our website. Ask us to close the account if you have one. Guest data lives in your browser until you clear it.
