Our stance

Privacy Policy

Black-Jack.Net is an educational blackjack site. We use cookies and, if you sign in, account data so the tables, trainers, and multiplayer rooms work. We do not sell your personal information.

This is not a casino. Fake chips are not money. Casino review links leave this site. Those operators have their own policies. We cannot speak for them.

What this policy covers

It covers black-jack.net in full: our guides, free blackjack tables, strategy trainers, multiplayer games, and accounts.

How we use Cookies

We use cookies so the our site can function properly and so that it can provide a great experience.

Sign-in session
If you log in, we store a session cookie so we know it is you on the next request. Without it, you couldn't stay logged in.
Language
A locale cookie remembers which language you're reading so that we can serve you the correct content even while you navigate between pages.
While playing blackjack
We'll store information in your browser so that the game you are playing works correctly, such as remembering your bankroll balance.
No ad cookies
We do not set marketing, retargeting, or social-share tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will say so before we flip the switch.

You can block cookies in the browser. If you block the session cookie, you will not stay logged in. Guest play still works; it just cannot persist your game data.

Guest play on your device

If you are not logged in, the free tables keep a fake bankroll and hand counts in your browser (localStorage key bj-guest-stats). Table prefs such as volume, rebet, hotkeys, and theme stay there too. That data does not go to our account database. Clear site data and it is gone. It also does not move with you if you switch devices.

What we won't do

No sale of personal data
We don't sell, rent, or barter email addresses, play stats, or session data. We don't share them with any third parties.
No real-money wallet
We don't collect card numbers, bank accounts, or crypto wallets. You can't deposit and there's nothing to cash out.

Who else can see your data

Hosting, databases, and the multiplayer server process traffic so that the website stays up. They see what they need to run the service.

If you click a casino or other outbound link, that site may set its own cookies and collect its own data. Our /out/ links are a hop off this domain. We do not operate those businesses.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect black-jack.net from abuse.

How long we keep it

Guest localStorage lasts until you clear it. Session cookies last until they expire or you log out. Account records and saved game stats last until you ask us to close the account, or until we shut a record down.

Multiplayer room state is for the life of that lobby. It is not a permanent log of every hand you played.

Questions

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell personal information. Game stats exist so your fake bankroll and training counts can persist.

Do I have to accept cookies to read the guides?

The guides work without an account. A locale cookie and theme cookie may still be set.

Can other players see my email?

No, other players can only see your display name.

Is this a substitute for a casino's privacy policy?

No. Once you leave this website, you'll be subject to the terms of whichever website you've visited.
