Responsible Gambling

Black-jack.net exists so people can learn how blackjack works and practice for free. It is not a way to make money. The house has an edge. Strategy lowers that edge. It does not remove it, and it does not turn gambling into an income plan.

If you play for real money, you should be able to walk away. When gambling starts to cover bills, mood, or sleep, it has stopped being a game. Stop. The national gambling helpline will talk to you, and it will talk to someone who is worried about you. The call is free and anonymous. We do not receive the call.

Before it gets worse

Set a limit you can lose
Decide the money and the time before you open a cashier. When either one is gone, stop. Do not move the number because the last hand felt close.
Take a break
A session that runs through sleep, work, or a bill is already too long. Close the table. The cards will still be there.
No under-18 marketing
We do not write casino pages for anyone under 18, and we do not dress blackjack as a way for a student to make rent.
Don't chase
A loss is not a debt the next shoe owes you. Raising the bet to get even is how a bad hour becomes a bad month.

Call 800 558 822, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00. This is the national gambling helpline run by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità. The call is free and anonymous, for players and for people close to them. You can also write to [email protected]. The site is usciredalgioco.iss.it.

800 558 822 is not open at night. For emotional support at any hour, call Telefono Amico on 02 2327 2327. It answers every day, around the clock, and you can call without giving your name. Telefono Amico does not charge for the conversation. The call costs whatever your operator charges for a landline. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.

The Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) lets you bar yourself from remote gambling. You can bar every licensed operator, one operator, or one type of game. A bar on every operator also stops you opening a new account with them. An indefinite bar can be lifted only after nine months. A bar for a set period can last up to 270 days, and you cannot end it early. You file it with SPID on adm.gov.it, or through an operator where you already have an account. A bar there does not close an account at a casino that does not check it. Ask that casino to close the account as well.

A limit you set with one casino does not close an account that casino does not run. We cannot self-exclude you from an operator. We do not take bets, and we cannot reverse a deposit.

A listing is not a licence

A casino listing on this site is not a statement that the casino holds an Italian licence. Read the review, then read the operator's own terms before you deposit.
