Pick an amount you can afford to lose and a time you will stop. Do not play to cover a bill, a mood, or a debt.

- Decide the money and the time before you open a cashier. When either one is gone, stop. Do not move the number because the last hand felt close.
- Take a break
- A session that runs through sleep, work, or a bill is already too long. Close the table. The cards will still be there.
- No under-21 marketing
- We do not write casino pages for anyone under 21, and we do not dress blackjack as a way for a student to make rent.
- Don't chase
- A loss is not a debt the next shoe owes you. Raising the bet to get even is how a bad hour becomes a bad month.

You can also write to [email protected]. Written counselling is free, and they aim to answer within three working days. The centre's site is 15410.ee.
15410 is not open at night. For emotional support, call 116 123 every day from 10:00 to 24:00. The call is free, and you can speak Estonian, Russian, or English. It is run by the Social Insurance Board. If you are thinking about ending your life, Eluliin is open every evening from 19:00 to 07:00 on 655 8088. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.
You can restrict your own gambling through the Tax and Customs Board. The list is called HAMPI. It covers games of chance, including casino games, toto, and classical lotteries. It does not cover scratch tickets. You choose a term from 6 to 36 months. You cannot shorten it or cancel it early. When the term ends, you stay on the list until you apply to be removed. Only you can file it. A family member cannot file it for you.
You set it in e-MTA under Registers and inquiries, then Registration, then Registration of gambling restrictions. You can also file it at a Tax and Customs Board service bureau or at an Estonian gaming location. A restriction filed in e-MTA takes effect no later than the day after you submit it. A filing at a bureau or a gaming location takes effect within two working days. Operators authorised to operate in Estonia have to refuse you. A restriction on that list does not close an account at a casino that does not use it. The Tax and Customs Board explains the steps at emta.ee.
A limit you set with one casino does not close an account that casino does not run. We cannot self-exclude you from an operator. We do not take bets, and we cannot reverse a deposit.
