Our stance

Responsible Gambling

Black-jack.net exists so people can learn how blackjack works and practice for free. It is not a way to make money. The house has an edge. Strategy lowers that edge. It does not remove it, and it does not turn gambling into an income plan.

If you play for real money, you should be able to walk away. When gambling starts to cover bills, mood, or sleep, it has stopped being a game. Stop. The national gambling helpline will talk to you, and it will talk to someone who is worried about you. The call is free. We do not receive the call.

Before it gets worse

Set a limit you can lose
Decide the money and the time before you open a cashier. When either one is gone, stop. Do not move the number because the last hand felt close.
Take a break
A session that runs through sleep, work, or a bill is already too long. Close the table. The cards will still be there.
No under-21 marketing
We do not write casino pages for anyone under 21, and we do not dress blackjack as a way for a student to make rent.
Don't chase
A loss is not a debt the next shoe owes you. Raising the bet to get even is how a bad hour becomes a bad month.

If you play for money

1

Before you play

Pick an amount you can afford to lose and a time you will stop. Do not play to cover a bill, a mood, or a debt.

2

While you play

Stick to the limit. Do not drink through it. Do not open a second cashier because the first one said no.

3

If it stops being fun

Stop. Call 0800 35 777. The line is open every day, around the clock. You can also bar yourself through the Gaming Commission.

Where to get help in Belgium

Call 0800 35 777. This is SOS Gambling. The line is free and open every day, around the clock, for players and for people close to them. Start at joueurs.aide-en-ligne.be.

0800 35 777 answers at night as well. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.

The Gaming Commission lets you bar yourself from casinos, slot-machine arcades, and betting, online and in person. If you have a Belgian identity card or residence permit, you can file the request online with itsme or a card reader. Otherwise, send a signed form and a copy of both sides of your identity card to the Gaming Commission, Kantersteen 47, 1000 Brussels. The bar stays in place until you ask for it to be lifted. Access returns three months after the Commission receives that request. You can file it from gamingcommission.be. A bar there does not close an account at a casino that does not check it. Ask that casino to close the account as well.

A limit you set with one casino does not close an account that casino does not run. We cannot self-exclude you from an operator. We do not take bets, and we cannot reverse a deposit.

A listing is not a licence

A casino listing on this site is not a statement that the casino holds a Belgian licence. Read the review, then read the operator's own terms before you deposit.

Questions

Does Black-jack.net hear that call?

No. The call goes to the national gambling helpline. We do not receive it, and we cannot see who called.

Can you block me from a casino?

No. We do not run those sites. You can bar yourself through the Gaming Commission, and you can ask each casino you use to close your account.

Is the practice on this site real money?

No. The tables here use fake chips. They are for learning. They are not a bankroll.
