Signs it has stopped being a game

The money is someone else's
Rent, food, a loan, or money you told yourself you would not touch. If the stake is a bill, stop.
You hide it
A second account, a deleted history, or a story about where the money went. Secrecy is part of the pattern.
You chase
The next session is there to win back the last one. The amount goes up because the loss feels unfinished.
You cannot stop when you said you would
The limit was real until you crossed it. Then it moved. That is the point to get help, not the point to prove you can handle one more hour.

The office is open Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 17:00, and Friday, 8:00 to 15:45, with a break from 12:00 to 12:45. On Tuesdays they consult until 20:30. Start at lpt.lrv.lt.

Outside those hours, call 116 123. Vilties linija is free, anonymous, and open every day, around the clock. If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.

Barring yourself

You can ask the Gaming Control Authority to bar you from gambling in Lithuania. The shortest period is 6 months and the longest is 99 years. If you do not choose a period, it is set at 2 years. The request takes effect the next working day. It applies across Lithuania, at gaming companies registered in Lithuania. It does not close an account at a casino that does not use that register. Ask that casino to close the account as well.

Do I have to be sure before I call?
